Punnet Squares Explained

Punnet squares are used to show in graphical form how we can calculate the probability of male sex cells meeting up with female sex cells.  The slide show attempts to show this in a way that students will remember.  It has been designed in part to counter some of the common mistakes pupils make when working with punnet squares.

If you have not looked at meiosis I suggest that you go there before proceeding to the slides.
